I designed a series of print and digital advertisements for Bruce Myer Group, an established luxury real estate team serving Longboat Key. As the next generation of the business began taking on a more prominent role, the goal was to modernize their advertising while preserving the trust and recognition built over years in the luxury market.
The campaign introduced a refreshed visual direction with multiple ad formats, from traditional full-page layouts featuring several listings to more focused designs highlighting one, two, or three properties. Through intentional white space, stronger visual hierarchy, and cleaner compositions, each listing was given more impact while maintaining a refined, high-end aesthetic.
Because the ads appeared regularly in a weekly publication, consistent visual elements were an intentional part of the strategy. The repeated design language helped readers quickly recognize the brand while browsing, creating familiarity and encouraging them to stop and engage rather than blending in with other real estate advertisements.
I also developed digital banner advertisements to extend the refreshed look across online placements, creating a cohesive campaign across print and digital platforms.
